3months bad service no resolve
Seriously, *** is happening to your service? 3 months with the same damn problem and no resolve. your 24hour support doesnt mean **** if you NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I've tried calling 5 times tonight. BEEN ON HOLD MORE THAN 30 Mins!!! Bad signal to noise ratio, constant disconections and NO RESPONSE TO TICKETS OR TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS. This is unacceptable service and I now regret having payed for the month of Feb as I would much rather have another ISP handle my account.
