34Kbps internet

I logged a ticket 3 days ago about slow internet. My internet has been extremely inconsistent to the point where I cannot use it. I just did another speed test and the result was 34Kbps. Yes, not even 1Mbps when I'm paying for 50Mbps. I've had no response from Axxess at all on this issue and so I have to hope that the public nature of this review gets some attention
