24/7 Uselessness

Fibre not working ISP blaming frogfoot and frogfoot blaming the ISP, 24/7 support is useless all they can tell me is what I can already see on the website "let me check...okay I see here it says there is a problem in your area" so basically cant do anything to resolve any issues. Paying for a service I am not recieving, this is a constant issue lately, never use to be this bad. Please fix before I move to a different ISP.
