2 WEEKS NO INTERNET!!!! ticket nr (bbh****32m)

I've been been without Internet since 7th of December. My internet came back twice and went away within a day. I have booked multiple tickets with Axxess on Internet down, Slow Internet speed and even called them a few times with no results. This is pathetic. Now I've gave them 2weeks to fix this and it just seems like they don't care. I can't believe how bad customer service has customer service had gotten at Axxess. This is unacceptable and they need to fix my Internet problem asap. My current ticket nr is (bbh****32m).
