2 Weeks for refund?

I have had Rain 25GB + 25GB sim only service with Axxess DSL, they cancelled the sim card and now refuses to pay the R299 in credit - I am told that the refund process takes up to 2 weeks, and that is because of the bank. What bank takes 2 weeks to clear payments? Axxess DSL is a ****!

Any other Axxess DSL clients facing the same issues?
