2 hours waiting time to receive data

Ever since I subscribed to the LTE A service, I have been received very poor turnaround from Axxess. Every time I top up I practically wait for over two hours to receive data. Every call I log, I hardly receive an response. The service deteriorates every day. I am looking for another service provider.
