1 Month and no actual responses to terrible service

I have had a ticket open with them for over a month, using their MTN Fixed LTE 100Mbps connection. I am yet to receive this speed, as daily I get 1Mbps, if I am lucky. The only response I get is "the tower is down", which is absolute *******. I have checked with the service providers on the tower and it is always up and running, during load shedding too.

We have yet to receive a correct response or any compensation for the errors and lack of communication from Axxess. I am getting tired of this and I am wasting so much money trying to get a service I am paying for.
