0 ZERO Support

trying to talk to an oxygen breathing human being in technical "support" is impossible!!!!! 13 minutes on phone listening to the jingle, ended call, tried again for 9 minutes, same again. in desperation called accounts who tried to transfer the call.......exactly the same total lack of response. what happened to the #1 ISP of yesteryear? axxess you have lost the plot......somebody needs to be fired
