Great service!!
I would highly recommend Automagic Blue Route. I had a small accident and my insurance assigned my repair to Automagic. I had excellent service and the person assigned to me (Kristen) was professional and always kept me in the loop via telephone and txt. My car was done before the estimated time, the repair was done perfectly and I received a spotless car.

I had a very bad experience with this company, the branch in rustenburg, 1 they were very slow and kept on postponing the completion date and beside that the staff is very rude. Never again

Exellent service!
From the word go they were so profesional, friendly and helpful! I got an update via sms every step of the way! Eight updates in total! I could follow the process! And my car looked brand new! Job more than well done! I will give them 12 out of 10. 2026/08/07

Service on haval jolion boot, bumper, paint and lights.
Took my car to auto magic gezina after being bumped from my back while driving haval jolion, the boot cracked open and the left rear light destroyed. The service was excellent from communication with Debbie on the reception area to the service that was done on my car, the boot replacement, painting and polishing was excellent; my car now looks new thanks to auto magic. The staff and team did a great job I am happy.

Bad service
My car was in for repairs, they phoned my broker and said that I can collect my car on the 9th of July, when I came there the car wasn't ready. They informed twice that the car is ready which wasn't the case. They said they'll phone me with feedback, which never happened. They only phoned me 15/07/2026 and said car is ready for collection.

Great panel beaters
Thanks to the friendly staff. It is the first time ive received regular updates on the repairs of my vehicle especially from a panel shop. Great panel beaters

I am very disappointed with this company I took my vehicle for repairs on 25 May 2026, and collected it on 1 July 2026. My fuel in was one bar below half tank and one bar above quarter empty tank. When I collected it it was one bar left the fuel indicator light was on. The km on drop off was 48041. On collection 48044. They claim to driven it to cherry, and around the block to test wheel alignment. No record of the trips on the vehicle either. There's no proper explanation of what happened to the fuel in and all reasons given do not support the statement provided.

Automagic Menlyn poor job!
My insurance referred my car to auto magic menlyn for repairs, and I highly recommend for people and insurance companies not to use the panel beater again. the repairs took long for a popular car (VW Polo) to be repaired for minor scratches. the overall quality service job is very very very much poor and most of all they lie and defend the work. They used very low quality after markets parts, and they were not properly fitted. we returned the car three times to the shop just to get simple body panels fitted. Some parts were not fitted at all, and some that were not affected were also removed and not returned on the spot, until I returned the car. we received the car back with no window wiper, battery flat, body panels hanging, towing cover panel removed and indicators hazards lights were not functioning.
