Terrible

One of the worst experiences iv had with a panel shop is from this panel shop in Pietermaritzburg to be specific, they time given to fix the vehicle was pushed back to 30 days rather then the agreed 14 days, and the reason for a hold up for painting the vehicle was a missing part on the radiator, not only that, but also over spray on the entire vehicle, no phone etiquette from their Supervisor, un even surface to their repair job, dots all over the places where they were working on the vehicle, unable to color match to OEM specification, the worst panel shop I have taken my vehicle to, by the way recommended by my insurance is this one, if you love your Vehicle or want to keep its value i do not recommend this panel shop
