Wow, I honestly appreciate the way she assisted me. She was so calm, patient, and willing to explain everything while guiding me through the process. The way she helped me and took the time to make sure I understood everything really stood out to me. I do not take her kindness and support for granted. People like her make such a difference in the way we experience a service. Honestly, she deserves a promotion! 👏🏾❤️
