Unacceptable Service (Ghosting Owners, No AGMs, and Financial Unclarity)
I am deeply disappointed with the service receive we are receiving from ASI Property Management (Keshnie, Jonathan👎). Despite collecting their management fees monthly without fail, their basic operational and administrative delivery is severely lacking. - Not to sure how ASI allows their managing agents to allow a full year to pass without hosting an AGM or providing a forum for owners to engage on the operations of the complex. Does oversight not exist in within this company? - Requests for monthly management accounts and reports go completely ignored, leaving owners in the dark about budget performance, levy debt collections, and progress on paying down municipal account (e.g., COT) - Reaching out to portfolio managing agent yields minimal follow-through or complete radio silence. While claims are made that things are "under control and they are on top of things", yet unresolved maintenance items keep piling up. Property owners deserve basic compliance, transparent reporting, and reliable communication. I cannot recommend ASI Property Management based on their current level of service.

Bad experience from ASI Property Management (Annandi & Natasha)
I am once again disappointed with the maintenance team (Annadi & Natasha ), ***,*** I have been complying with the Managing Agent, yet when no feedback whatsoever has been provided to me, my mould issue has not yet been resolved. This issue was logged a year ago Annandi and Natasha are aware of this in Jackal Creek Golf Estate; anyone who knows an organization to lay a complaint so this can be escalated. Please let me know if I may make my levies on time yet we get such disappointment from an Agency you trust with your property

Poor Service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Communication is non existent. Send emails requesting information, weeks go by without getting answers. Need to constantly send follow up emails. An official complaint at CSOS was submitted against ASI Property Management and this did not even help, still getting poor service. I would not recommend anyone to make use of ASI Property Management.
