Worst Service EVER Received from ANY service provider

<p>Amobia is incapable to honour/facilitate/administrate an account and/or debit order responsibly. They NEVER respond to e-mail correspondence. Let debit orders go off twice, invoice incorrectly, ignore complaints, struggle for months to rectify Amobia's mistakes and do you dare to pay for the services by EFT, because of their incapability, they charge an admin fee. WORST part is that they have an agreement with our estate, as the ONLY service provider. So they know we cannot cancel the service, since we are not allowed any alternative. They disregard ANY professionalism and consumers' hands are literally tied.</p>
