worst service
Stay away from Amobia. Since 2016 we are with Amobia. Always again experimenting difficulties in speed and no connection at all. You must phone every day for at least two weeks before you even get a ticket no. Technicians seldom come out and only if you really are willing to fight. The hotline will tell you that you need more speed and therefore must pay more. Mind you they are not capable of giving what you are paying for but want you to pay more in order to maybe receive what you are now paying for! If you are not willing to do that Amobia might send a technician out but you must pay for it. The first few months we had no connection at all because the router was faulty. They refused to send someone out. After months finally a technician came and was able to replace the router. Since then it works for months and suddenly the connection gets bad. Then the fight starts again. As I said at least two weeks of constantly phoning. The helpline will tell you that you are using too many devices or can't stream fims with 2Mbps. The technicians all say that this is utter bull**** once they do come out to fix the problem. When you tell the helpline that everything is possible IF things are working, they reply that you need more speed and must pay more. So they are clearly not listening or it is a easy way of getting more money out of the customers. In the time we are with amobia we have a 70% working connection. Every few months things go bad and nothing works anymore. Tired of this company. Tired of spending endless hours communicating again and again. Tired of telling my clients to wait for work they paid for because the internet is not working. Tired of spending money on data because the wireless does not work.
I have the strong suspicion that this way you force your customers to upgrade. Seeing it is happening again and again no matter how often you were in the wrong. Telling us our connection is working when it clearly is not working, only offering us a paid upgrade as solution, refusing a technician, buth then if a technican comes out (after weeks of communicating) and repairs things showing that you are in the wrong you never appologize.
