Worst internet provider

It's been a very sad story for the last six months!! Our service has been horrific!!! For the last 2 weeks we have been running at between .4 & .1 Mbps - Rediculous since we are paying for a 4 Mbps line!! We were told by Shaun that they are supplying the speed & someone is hacking our router for the last six months (we have apparently used 81 Gigs worth of data) we did the resposible thing & went to buy a brand new router immediately and it is now running even slower!! When we phoned today Mike told us that there is nothing wrong with the service they are providing we have to get an external IT company to verify that everything on our side is correct! After they have done all the installations, only fault could be on their side!!!<br> TERRIBLE!!!!
