Very efficient member of staff on support team

Our internet went down after loadshedding. After a frustrating first day of no internet, this morning rang Amobia again and spoke to Tumelo on customer support. What a pleasure, polite and very efficient. Took ownership of the problem. Two technicians called Stanton and Robert came out fixed the problem, also very efficient. We've been with Amobia since 2008.
