Verbal agreement violated

I signed with amobia almost a year back after several conversations upon which I was expressly told they do not throttle in any shape I forked out over R2000 I pay a R830 month for my 4 meg uncapped connection, only to get a e-mail today that they are now throttling me down to a 75 k/PER second speed cos they have now enforced a fair usage policy after I was assured they never throttle... I am seriously ****ed off about this a verbal agreement is a contract, obviously I cannot prove it but I can and intend to cancel my contract with amobia shortly... There is an amazing company out there now called skyfi they are offering 10 meg line speeds for R649 uncapped unshaped and unthrottled ( no jokes I currently started working for them ) ironically it was amobias lack of service that lost me work as an internet web designer and forced me to get a second job...
