Slow internet and they don't want to fix it

For about 3 months now i have phone them to fix my high ping 500 to 1000 to Pretoria server and i live in Pretoria.<br> <br> I don't get my full 2 mb that i pay for i only get about 0.75mb on average so it a problem with them not able to deliver what they say they will i got fed up so i want to cancel my internet by them well i sent a email to them saying i want to cancel and they never come back the same with there call center you open a ticket by them and they take a week to call you back then when they work on the problem it dose not get resolved and the low seed high ping is still there.<br> <br> if you think you want internet from there don't bother you wasting money they worse than telkom.
