Potentially the Worst ISP in the Country

<p>Since taking the 3mb Uncapped connection with Amobia upon moving to Cape Town I have not had a single week go by without an issue</p> <p> </p> <p>Inexplicable outages, at least every second day, incredibly unhelpful staff ( Requesting that one of their poorly trained Support Technicians look up how many incidents I logged over a two month period he blatantly laughed at the act that there were more than 12 calls regarding the same issue), blatant lies regarding not only what the fault is but also on asking for ANYONE to phone me back in regards to this. </p> <p>Speeds that are incredibly slow, so much so that the agent on duty openly admits that it is below even their AUP throttle speeds</p> <p> </p> <p>In short, if you want to pay for a service that you don't get, deal with call centre agents that literally have a printout Infront of them that only relates to unplugged network cables, and don't care enough about customer service to fulfill a callback request, get yourself internet from Amobia</p> <p> </p> <p>PS I'm posting this from my phone as My connection, same as last night around this time is down, no big surprise there though</p> <p> </p> <p>#uselessisps</p>
