Poorest service- Amobia
I still have the problem of extremely slow internet, I am paying for a 4mb uncapped but I only get 0.6mb to 1.6mb with no devices connected to the router. I have reported the problem numerous of times but with almost no response. Technicians phone you during office hours when nobody is at home and promise to phone at night time which does not happen. This is poorest service I ever got, I cant stream dstv or netflix. I should have taken the advise I got from friends about the poor service from Amobia.

09 Jan 2019, 19:41Still no solution or improvement, it is actually worse. A technician phoned me today, told he will phone me back when I am actually at home but nothing. Really not service, I am literally paying for nothing.

10 Jan 2019, 20:57Technicians phoned me and even came to work on the dish but it worse. I did send them my screenshots of a speedtest with 0.21mb/s and I am paying for a 4mb/s and just my cellphone connected at the time. I can not go on like this, I will cansel this poor service.
