poor service and empty post sales promises

My internet has been off for a couple of days, My son called them on 25/10/2015 but unfortunatelyy did not get the call centre reps name, she promised to have the technician come out and also promised to call back to make an appointment, the never did, and when my son called back the next day a complaint was never logged, they then promised to come out on the 27/10/2015 and never did or called back and yet my internet is off, Amobia makes sure that their fees are taken from your account but never have a quick response or you have to call a couple of times<br> basically their service is very putrid
