Pathetic service and worst Internet speed

I bought a uncapped 2Mb/s package 3 years ago, 1st year it was great, used to get close to 2Mb/s, never call them even the link went down for a day. 2nd year speed dropped to 1Mb/s with dis-connectivity and data packet drop. 3rd year speed got worst than ever, it dropped to 500Kb/s <br> <br> I called more than 50 times in the last year and spoke to most of the technical staff as well as sales to senior staff but everyone come up with excuses. Every time when I complain they fixed the service for few hours (not more than 5-6 hours) and then the speed goes back to it
