No service, lots of broken promises

Since a maintenance period 2 weeks ago we've lost Internet connectivity. We call at least once a day, we either do get promises which don't get fulfilled, or nothing happens. There seems to be no escalation, nobody but the first line support person to talk to. <br> Amobia manages to deliver a worse service than Telkom.
