No Internet connection

I have a support request number 344028. I have called the support 23 times, between 7th March and 9th March. If the call is answered I am promised a call back. I have not received a single response to my emails or telephone calls. I have escalated to the local technical manager Jacques , who takes my calls, and promises feedback, but I never get any.<br> And every day they're happy to accept my money without giving me the service I am paying for, or even the decency to call me back to tell me why or when my service can continue.<br> They appear to not answer Hello Peter complaints, so will forward on to them and WAPA.<br>
