No idea what Service Delivery means.....

This is my second complaint about this company. I am once again without internet.<br> 3 o'clock this afternoon I logged a complaint. I work from home and am on after hours remote standby. A fact that I made clear to these people numerous times today. I was told by the technician that the area manager, Melvin, was going to personally handle my fault and that he would not leave the office until it was sorted out. Needless to say this was another empty promise....<br> Since then Ive tried calling in almost every half hour as no one EVER gets back to you from Amobia Communications. The technician on after hours duty is now ignoring my calls AGAIN as they have caller ID......de ja vu all over again.<br> Nothing has changed, and nothing will ever change at this company.<br> I have now cancelled services from this company. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.
