My best ISP option but far from perfect.

I'm not here to complain, just to give them the review I think they deserve. I am mostly very happy with my line. When it works it really works; 95% of the time I get the download and upload speed that I pay for.

Signing up with them was very pleasant. They are very helpful and friendly people to deal with. Communication via email and phone wasn't a hassle at all.

The problem is that my connection goes down about twice a month for maintenance and also typically has 1 or 2 unexplained periods of very unstable connection. I report unreliable internet via email about once a month. They typically respond to these mails about 2 days later by phoning me and either saying that something was adjusted to rectify my internet or to explain that emergency maintenance was happening.

Without fibre in my area I do still think that Amobia was the best route I could have taken but I really wish they wouldn't have to do so much maintenance.
