Internet down for 24 Hours

I dont live in CPT, but our house in CPT has Amobia Internet connection. We arrived this morning to find no internet. I call the call Centre and they say they will log it and someone will call. Well its been 18 Hours, no phone call. I then phoned again and they said they would escalate. Still nothing.<br> <br> I have guests coming to our CPT house and we need internet. I dont get an email, sms, Nothing from them saying someone will come and out fix. Serious lack of support. Really unhappy with you guys.<br> <br> Certainly would not recommend . Its like dealing with Telkom
