*********** service,promises not held,waste of tim

We recently opened a contract with Amobia and got a connection after waiting for a part for two weeks for it to be installed.We pay for a fast uncapped line but most PS4 and PS3 games are not working as well as many android Apps and SKYPE!!This is due to them blocking certain ports etc.We know exactly what the problem is,have explained it multiple times to the agents, asked for supervisors,gone through a total of 4 hours of troubleshooting the same things as they keep on losing their notes and we have still not solved the problem.We have no other choice for a provider as they have exclusive rights for our estate.It is really frustrating when a company does not have any channels where customers are really heard.Whilst there is a lot of apologizing from the call center agents,it seems they do not have the necessary tools and/or training to provide even remotely basic service.And their supervisors/managers do not seem to work at all, all they do is asking their agents to call the customers back after hours so they can hide not being in the office anymore. Really sad.
