Incompetence

I had these guys come upgrade the grid on my roof so I can the internet speed that I'm paying for. They change out the equipment and the technician tells me the signal should stabilise after 24 hours (which is nonsense because they should adjust it right there and then). That obviously doesn't happen and I have to book another appointment. These guys literally waste my entire weekend making me wait and not arriving at the time or day they say they would. Eventually when they get here they realise they have to change out another piece of equipment. Today a new technician arrives, fiddles around on the roof and can't fix it. Why is that? He did not come with the piece of equipment that needed changing. He didn't even know about that. His job card only says 'correct signal alignment' or something to that effect. Now I have to wait two more days because that's the only time they come back around and all the the while I have to cope with pathetic speeds worse than dial-up in the mid 90s. Nice, Amobia.
