I was having an issue with my Internet dropping, But the issue was inconsistent. They initially just came in and twerked something in the garage. But the issue persisted. It's when I called to have the guy who helped install in the area, Mongi, to help solve the issue instead of just replacing the Router to monitor, He went straight to debug and find the issue, He was able to even get me to toggle my 200Meg line with the router I bought myself. I'm really happy with the service given.
