I was contacted by Charles from Amobia Customer Support today after a long time of trying to get resolution on my internet challenges. I had almost given up and I was using a lot in data. I sent an email this morning showing screenshots of my connectivity. I received a call from Charles and he is a friendly, warm and engaging support agent. He is also patient and made sure to run all the tests possible to diagnose my problem. These can be tiring sometimes or confusing so he also obtained remote access with my permission and checked / modified what was necessary in the settings. For transparency he also sent me screenshots of what he had worked on. I've been with Amobia since 2018 and this was the first time I've experienced any connection problems but I am very happy with the service I was given by Charles. He is an asset to Amobia. Thank you!
