High Pings and inconsistencies

Dear Amobia,<br> <br> I have been a loyal client for nearly two years now and I have rarely had an issue with you guys until recently. For nearly the whole of February I have been have constant ping issues especially when playing dota 2. I have wasted over R400 worth of airtime on phoning you guys on numerous occasions and still my ping problems persists. Worst of all it seems I am not the only person experiencing it. So clearly the fault lies with you guys and as a gamer I am not impressed on the way you guys have handled this situation. If the issue persists I will have no other option but to cancel my contract with you guys!!!!<br> <br>
