Good stuff, Amobia!

It is rare that a service provider calls me as a client and insists on visiting our house to improve their service. I’ve been a client of Amobia, a broadband internet service provider, for some years. This past weeks, the speed has been erratic. On Friday I was called and on Monday two technicians visited us, got onto the roof and installed a new pole and a new dish. They did their magic and aimed our dish to another tower. Now our internet speed is up to where it should be, as per our contract. The friendly technician, Alfred, added that this was all free of charge. (Our contract is uncapped access, at 3/3Mbps Wireless. All for R505 per month.) Well done, Amobia!
