Frustrated

We have moved into a new place and our ONT box is faulty, we paid the connection fee to Amobia and for two weeks they have been blaming Vumatel for not repairing / replacing the box. This week we were told by their sales person they (Amobia) would come and repair the box, again nothing has happened. Every time we contact them we are sent from one person to another as it does not seem anyone knows what is going on. Can someone who will be able to shed some light on the situation please contact me? We have been made so many empty promises and although we have already paid, we have not received any service from them.
