Frequent Internet Outages

I have been struggling to get Amobia to sort out the issue that the internet goes out almost every second night at my flat in Buh-Rein Estate and only comes back online the next morning. Calling support desk and sending emails don't have much affect in getting the problem resolved. This is very bad service that I'm getting and not happy at all. Please can someone get this resolved
