Failure to comply with warranty in agreed contract

Amobia provides me with internet service on a monthly basis, the internet provided uses antenna (amongst other things) to make the connection possible, the antenna (and cabling thereof) supposedly got damaged by lighting (this is according to Melvin Naidoo and his subordinate Uresh Pillay). Under the contract signed this kind of damage is covered by Amobia's one year warranty which the antenna in question still qualifies for. Amobia also states under contract signed that they (Amobia) retain Ownership of the antenna in question and I lease the antenna from them. I do not retain any ownership of the antenna as such it's Amobia's responsibility to fix it. It's been over a month now since the damage awaits repair and Amobia continues to debit my account for service they are not rendering. I await both the repair of the antenna and the refund of the debit order. I am extremely disappointed with the horrid customer service (or lake thereof) I been receiving from Melvin Naidoo who has been ignoring my calls and emails about this issue.<br> <br> I will NEVER recommend Amobia services to anyone and those I have recommended to I will tell them to withdraw their contract and use a different sp.
