Extremely frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the worst experience ever with Amobia. Firstly we had to wait a month and a half for our fibre line to actually work. The sales representative couldn't keep me up to date and made promises that couldn't be kept. I had to phone support every day and other representatives to find out what is going on with our install. Now that the fibre line is active I keep experiencing internet outages. I've logged several cases with support without any reply. I then phoned support to explain my problem where I was told the case would be escalated. It is now two weeks and still experiencing the same problem. The support representative found my frustration funny for some reason. This is the most unreliable service provider I've ever dealt with and not to mention the most unprofessional.
