Double Charge

I guess it is not just me having payment problems with this wonderful internet company called Amobia. I was charge an extra R513 on 30 Dec and called a number of times regarding this matter. All I am told is that my refund will be processed \this week". \""This week\"" has come and gone three times already and no refund. <br> <br> Please give me back my moneys that you stole from me as I did not give you permission to have that extra amount deducted from my account?<br> <br> Thanks"
