<p>hi guys. A few months ago i used Amobia asmy tier1 bandwidth provider to my wisp. I was advised by my accounts manger that i could cancel at any stage before comitting. Used them for 3months, worse experience ever. Link kept dropping at critical times... more off then on. Techies were sent countless times but no resolve. My users experienced very bad service. Spent numerous hours on telephone to try and resolve issues to no avail. I then informed one of there Sales directors i wish to terminate the service, i was then advised to my accounts manager. I switched off the service before the 1st of the month and never used it again. (thererecoreds will indicate not a single mb used) I was even called into a meeting where i told them that i do not want to use the service and it was agreed upon. A few months later i receive acall from the attorneys saying i owe an amount of R52000. Ridiculous!!!!! Since then the accounts manager was dismissed (my proof of cancellation) and Amobia denying cancellation received and I am now in a battle with there attorneys for the"outstanding" amount. All in all bad service, ******, and slow internet!!!!!!!!</p>
