Constant Internet Issues!

Service is really slow and bad. As a remote worker, I am expected to be online 24/7, however this internet provider has been troubling me for months now. Doesn’t have backup power even though I have a ups. Connection is very trippy. I get 0 assistance from their consultants. Not a great experience I’m having with this company.
