Charging me double for one aco****

In December I was billed 3 times for one account, which 2 of those payments were right, for November's payment was still due, however R649 was deducted extra. Just before the February debit order went off, i received again two invoices. I phoned in and waited for the accounts department to answer and explained my situation. I was told the issue is sorted and that i don't need to pay for Feb. couple of days later I was again charged double. Now Amobia owes me R1298. Again I phoned in and the lady told me they will do a repayment on Friday 6th of Feb. Which never happened. I sent an email asking an update on the issue and no one has rep****. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE! PLEASE PAY MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT OR I WILL NEED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!!
