Billing issues & unfair demands for closing acc.

In June they stopped my account and I did not use their services and my records is as followed in June I owe Amobia Communications R2629,40. So I received in August a 72 hour notice by the dept collector to pay an amount of R3236,40 in there account but the account were stopped in June. There is an amount of R607,00 of over payment. Now I want to close my stopped account and now I need to pay R598,00 before 5 October 2015, for my account to be closed.<br> <br> I have already attempted to resolve this matter directly with the service provider but they don't want me to talk with directors or management.
