Before you sign with Amobia read this

This will be my 3rd complaint on Amobia and most likely my last. Amobia use to be a company that responded on hellopeter but now they no longer, seems they are getting sick of hearing their own lies. In all my years I have never seen such horrid service from a company. Their service is so utterly disgraceful its amazing they still in business. On the phone they polite and will wisper sweet nothings in your ear but it never solves anything and if it does it only lasts a day if even that. Last time i complained I received a call from Vernon I was told to cancel my service and outright refused to send a tech to look into my connection. He tried to blame my horrid internet on the fact that my equipment is inside the house however i only experienced such issues months after the installation about november last year. That and the fact of the slew of complaints from other people on this website shows it has nothing to do with this nonsense excuse of his.He actually said the temp in my HOUSE effects the internet?!what? I advise anyone out there to read this and other reviews and stay the hell away from this company. I think Ill live in a cave somewhere, aslong as I never hear Amobia again
