Bad service and sharks

<p>I called their office to chat to a sales person but no one was available to talk to me but the lady who answered the call took my number but no one called back. I then logged a sale request on their website and got a reaction. I already signed an agreement for a site visits with a rejection fee of R500, unfortunately I neglect to check Hello Peter first and discovered that their rating is low. More than 77% rate them terrible. I know of someone that joined them 2 years ago and paid R1000 for installation and now they want R3000. As a potential new client, I'm not willing to risk R3000 installation fee for a service that's already rated poorly on Hello Peter and potentially discover it to be true later on, so I tried to negotiate a lower installation fee but they just refused point blank. I took them over 2 weeks to respond (today) to my proposal. Now they have the audacity to demand their rejection fee of R500. Fine I’ll pay it because I honor my part of the bargain, but really, Amobia’s service sucks. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from these sharks.</p>
