Bad service and lack of support

The last couple of weeks my internet connection has drastically reduced, I am on a 4mb line and am getting a speed of 0.42Mb download and a 0.72Mb upload speed, this only when it is in fact working at all. I have been calling the customer service and have been told several reasons such as there are power problems at the tower, there is a known issue that they are working on...<br> It works as it is supposed to for a few days then it is problematic again. I am currently experiencing the same issues only this time customer support is not answering the phones since yesterday (Saturday). I have recommended Amobia to friends and family in my area and now have egg on my face as it is not the good performance and service, it was when I recommended it. These issues are experienced by the people I recommended it to as well.
