Bad communication DON'T USE THEM!!!

Been waiting almost 3 days to get my line connected, after they reinstalled my line. While they took a whole month debit order last month. They keep saying they will come back and I am still waiting. Don't use them. Pathetic service not happy been with them since fiber came to Port Elizabeth.

I hope this is not a automated reply to make this REALLY BAD SITUATION look better by getting a reply in 13 minutes, so i really hope this will be sorted out. As I am spending money on data now that I don't have, because I am working from home.
