AUP IS A BREACH OF MY CONTRACT
When I originally signed on to Aerosat I asked if the speed will be shaped or throttled and they said no. I have a 2Mb uncapped contract.
Everything was fine for the last 10 years or more until end of this month that I start experiencing problems with the speed. Speedtest showen it to be about .5Mb.
I contacted Amobia and they informed me is was because of the AUP policy. I have not signed a contract with that and have requested them to send me where I have signed for that.
I have send numerous email and made calls that was not returned. I have requested to see the manager to discuss the situation with him.
I have also asked to be explained how it was possible for me to use 79.38 Gb in the last 10 days when there were three days that I did not have any connection and only 4 days with a connection around 1.3Mb.
Emails send ticket : [Amobia #314115, [Amobia #313682], [Amobia #313543], [Amobia #313542], [Amobia #313532], [Amobia #313531] , [Amobia #313013]
If they can implement a AUP without my consent can I then fall back on the Consumers Protection Act 2008 (Act no 68 of 2008) and pay only for the days that I have a connection. Right to fair value, good quality
