They sell you a 1gbps fiber package but their tech support doesn't even know how to setup their own routers. When you want to cancel with them and I was 4DAYS with that want to charge you. Spending 4hr assisting their tech support agents to setup your own network. Please stay away from them. Incompent tech support and no customer service.
