Amobia sucks!!

ATEVER YOU DO.... DO NOT JOIN THIS USELESS COMPANY FOR WI-FI AT YOUR OFFICE OR HOME!!!<br> <br> This is your worst nightmare becoming true joining this useless company AMOBIA,<br> <br> I am sick and tired of talking to staff. Empty words at best, wasting my breath, time and money!<br> Quite francly I know by now better than their staff on basic tests!!<br> Sitting on the phone for over one hour talking to some dumb head on your other side in Port Elizabeth's CALL CENTRE! My ass at its best the call centre has one person on duty, oh maybe 2 during the day!!!<br> <br> Who can afford being on the phone for 1 hour to sort out reception for something you are paying for, day after day!!<br> I am not going to leave this poor servic provided without making an effort to be mentioning their terrible service to every person I come into contact.<br> Supporting bad behavior from service providers.is te<br> Your support staff sucks accept for your staff member Delmain.<br> Please check the log sheets of my complaints as you must be recording every customer's complaining <br> Most of your staff are arrogant, pathetic and can obviously not interact with inteligent customers.<br> <br> Take a hike Amobia!!<br> Dalene
