Amobia shmobia. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic. Do NOT waste your time or your money. If you have an account that is uncapped and unshaped they THROTTLE the bejeezus out of you. Their accounts department claim you haven't paid when you have and then they CUT your internet. This happened at least five times. Poor service. Poorly trained staff. Most staff are incapable of performing their functions. USELESS and PATHETIC does not even begin to describe their service and customer relations. The staff also lie about what they can and can't do to dodge their responsibilities. They promise to contact you and never do. They arrive unannounced at your residence to "fix" or "improve" the state of your service. It stayed the same and just continued to worsen. They NEVER respond to emails. They give a great deal of lip service and never follow through. Easily the worst company. I have spent countless hours trying to get my internet working. I hope you will take my advice and give this pathetic service provider a miss and rather go to another provider. The internet is unreliable and poor performance. It is strange how it doesn't work then magically they can fix it........ They are also able to throttle and not throttle. Cancel and uncancel. Apparently they are able to know your download and upload speed and various other variables but still demand you do a speedtest....Why? The support have all the info under their noses. They also tend to have certain towers or whatever switch on and off and a whole list of other fanciful things that it apparently does by itself. Utterly useless service and even worse customer service, management, customer relations etc. I do not have a single positive thing to say about this company. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
